40635 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Public Service: When, if ever, do the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, intend to review board pay to align with Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2?
Hon Judith Collins: I am advised that the Public Service Commission does not pay any boards. However, under the scope of the Cabinet Fees Framework CO(25)2, the Commission does have a Risk and Audit Committee (RAC). Fees for RAC members are reviewed annually in line with the cabinet fees framework. I am further advised that the Crown Response Office that sits within the Public Service Commission has a Ministerial Advisory Group. Fees for the Ministerial Advisory Group are set on appointment in accordance with the cabinet fees framework. These Members are appointed for an initial term of two years.
