40622 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Energy: When, if ever, do the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, intend to review board pay to align with Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2?

Hon Simon Watts: "With regard to bodies under the Energy portfolio that have fees set by the Cabinet Fees Framework, I am advised that my officials will provide me advice on fees over the next 12 months. EECA is aware of the new Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2, but does not have current plans to review Board fees"
