40590 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Disability Issues: When, if ever, do the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, intend to review board pay to align with Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Disabled People – Whaikaha has circulated Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2 within the Ministry. The Ministry will apply the guidance outlined in the Circular when making new board appointments or renewing existing contracts. For the Ministry of Social Development, I refer the member to written reply 40556 (2025).
