Hon Paul Goldsmith: Te Tari Whakatau monitors the Ngāpuhi Investment Fund which is a Schedule 4A entity under the Public Finance Act 1989. Board fees are calculated using the Crown Company Fees Methodology, which is distinct from the Cabinet Fees Framework.
