40558 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Treaty of Waitangi Negotiations: How much, if any, has the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted for the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025/26 financial year?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that a total of $9,759 is budgeted for 2025/26. Te Tari Whakatau also receives services from the Ministry of Justice under a Shared Services Agreement (SSA). The SSA provides for limited support from MoJ related to the CNGP, though this service is not separately costed within the SSA.
