40556 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: When, if ever, do the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, intend to review board pay to align with Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2?

Hon Louise Upston: For the Crown entities and other bodies where I am the fee-setting authority under Cabinet Office circular CO (25) 2: Cabinet Fees Framework for members appointed to bodies in which the Crown has an interest, the intention is to have fees reviewed by 30 June 2026. I am advised that where departments, agencies and Crown entities are themselves the fee-setting authority under CO (25), for committees and advisory groups, the intention is to review fees at the most appropriate time for each relevant body.
