40509 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Infrastructure: When, if ever, do the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, intend to review board pay to align with Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2?

Hon Chris Bishop: For the Treasury, I refer the Member to the answer to Written Question 40478 (2025). For my other agencies: National Infrastructure Funding and Financing Company (NIFFCo) - The Government sets director fees for the NIFFCo board and advises the company annually, Crown Infrastructure Delivery Limited (CID) - CID is a Schedule 4A Company, and therefore is not subject to Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2, Infrastructure Commission - None.
