40500 (2026). Mike Davidson to the Minister for ACC: How many claims have been submitted to ACC for injuries as a result of exposure to PCP in the last 5 years, if any, and how many have been accepted for cover how many have been declined?

Hon Scott Simpson: Corrected reply: I am advised that ACC has received seven claims that specify pentachlorophenol since 1 January 2021. Four of these claims were declined for cover and three claims have yet to be decided.
