40479 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: How much, if any, has the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, spent on rebranding since 27 November 2023?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Manaaki New Zealand Scholarship Programme (MNZSP) was rebranded during the 2023/2024 financial year at the cost of NZ$104,482. The rebranding addressed fragmentation that resulted from multiple historic brand names in order to better connect with scholars and alumni, and better differentiate New Zealand's offering from other scholarship-offering countries. No other rebranding has been undertaken at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade since 2023.
