Hon Priyanca Radhakrishnan to the Minister for ACC: During the 2024 levy consultation, what feedback, if any, was received regarding the proportion of motorcycle crashes involving another vehicle, and what advice, if any, did ACC provide to the Minister on how this feedback should inform levy decisions, by title and date?

Hon Scott Simpson: Corrected reply: ACC advice on the feedback it received through consultation is summarised in a published report, which is available here https://www.acc.co.nz/assets/corporate-documents/2024-Levy-Consultation-submission-analysis-report.pdf. This feedback informed the ACC recommendations and were part of an MBIE briefing to the previous Minister in October 2024.
