Rt Hon Winston Peters: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade purchased local SIM cards for use by the Minister and two staff members in Palau, with costs invoiced by the Ministry back to his office. The total cost was USD$105.00, or USD$35.00 per SIM card.
