40447 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the reply to written question 37934 (2026), on how many occasions since 1 April 2025 has each individual ground in Appendix 2 been relied on, broken down by ground?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: We are awaiting the report from the Ferry Holdings board into its targeted review of procurement. Until that report has been considered, we maintain the consitutional convention for the timebeing which protects the confidentiality of advice tendered. We will endeavour to provider this information in the fullness of time.
