Hon Andrew Hoggard: I am not aware of recent correspondence, briefings or other documents from industry stakeholders that specifically suggest removing the nitrogen fertiliser cap. Industry concerns about these and other freshwater rules are well documented, including through public statements and submissions. I look forward to considering feedback all parties before taking decisions on the nitrogen fertiliser cap.
