40438 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Corrections: When, if ever, do the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, intend to review board pay to align with Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that since receiving notification of changes to the Cabinet Fees Framework, Corrections has commenced a fee review of any associated statutory body, non-statutory body or committee covered by the scope of this framework. In completing this review, Corrections will comply with the guidance provided by the Cabinet Office and Public Service Commission.
