40437 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the reply to written question 37929 (2026), how many procurements has Ferry Holdings Ltd undertaken since 5 March 2025, and to what total value, in the absence of a board-approved procurement policy?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: We are awaiting the report from the Ferry Holdings board into its targeted review of procurement. Until that report has been considered, we maintain the consitutional convention for the time being which protect the confidentiality of advice tendered. We will endeavour to provide this information in the fullnes of time.
