40434 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the reply to written question 37930 (2026), how many exemptions from open advertising have been approved since 1 April 2025 under each of the three delegation tiers described?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: We are awaiting the report from the Ferry Holdings board into its targeted review of procurement. Until that report has been considered, we maintain the consitutional convention for the time being which protect the confidentiality of advice tendered. We will endeavour to provide this information in the fullness of time.
