Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the replies to written questions 37917 (2026) and 37915 (2026), given that no claim of legal professional privilege is made, will Ferry Holdings Ltd proactively publish the terms of reference immediately upon conclusion of the review; if not, why not?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: No, as Ferry Holdings' concluding its review will then result in a report being provieded to shareholding Ministers, and information will be withheld until it is appropriate for release to maintain the confidentiality of advice tendered to Ministers.
