40424 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Police: For how many hours a day was the young person who was imprisoned in a police cell allowed to exercise ?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the young person was moved to a larger Day Room Cell on seven separate occasions during the six-day period. While in the Day Room, he was able to exercise if he wished.
