Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the replies to written questions 37891 (2026) and 37238 (2026), if his office maintains no record of contacts with the Chair of Ferry Holdings Ltd, what is the basis for the statement that the Chair "is in regular contact with my Office"?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: The basis of the statement is the fact that the chair is in regular contact with my Office. A review of the proactive release of my Ministerial diary will demonstrate this.
