40416 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Finance: Further to the reply to written question 37886 (2026), has she been informed of Ferry Holdings Ltd's review into its procurement practices; if so, on what date and by whom, and what written advice has she or her office received regarding that review, listed by date and title?

Hon Nicola Willis: I have been informed that Ferry Holdings has followed the Government Procurement Rules, but I have not requested the review or a copy of the report as the oversight of Ferry Holdings' operational activities is carried out by the Minister for Rail.
