40403 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Agriculture: How much, if any, has the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, budgeted for the carbon neutral government programme in the 2025/26 financial year?

Hon Todd McClay: I am advised that for the 2025/26 financial year, the Ministry for Primary Industries has allocated a budget of $36,000 towards an independent audit of its greenhouse gas emissions inventory under the Carbon Neutral Government Programme (CNGP). I am also advised that the Outdoor Access Commission has allocated a budget of $5,000 to their CNGP for financial year 2025/26.
