40402 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Police: Did the cell in which the young person was imprisoned for six days have a television or other means of amusement or occupation for that young person?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that the cell did not have a television. However, the young person had access to books/magazines in his cell. In addition, he was moved numerous times daily to a larger Day Room Cell to watch television and walk around.
