40400 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Regulation: When, if ever, do the Minister's departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, intend to review board pay to align with Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2?

Hon David Seymour: Officials advise that while the Ministry for Regulation does not have a board, it does have some appointments that are within the remuneration framework under Cabinet Circular CO (25) 2. The Ministry intends to review the remuneration for these appointments over the next 2-3 months.
