40235 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister for ACC: In the Minister’s departments, ministries and agencies, if any, how many employees, if any, have lost or are set to lose their roles, and provide a service to customers, between 27 November 2023 and 10 July 2024?

Hon Matt Doocey: "I am advised ACC has announced a reduction of 366 roles of which 85 are vacant. There are no reductions to its client-facing teams that work directly with New Zealanders to rehabilitate and care for them. ACC is also investing in 66 new roles that support the delivery of its services to New Zealanders and approximately 250 additional frontline client rehabilitation roles. "
