40157 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Climate Change: Has the Minister been consulted in his capacity as Minister for Climate Change on the proposed regulatory regime for Carbon Capture, Utilisation, and Storage, and if so, what was his feedback, if any?

Hon Simon Watts: The Minister for Energy consulted me on his Carbon Capture Utilization and Storage cabinet paper and draft consultation document as part of Ministerial consultation. I do not believe it is in the pulbic intereest to disclose feedback, if any, given during Ministerial Consultation.
