Hon Simeon Brown: I consulted with the following Ministers: Prime Minister, Finance, Foreign Affairs, Economic Development, Environment, Defence, Social Development, Disabled People, Agriculture, Climate Change. I also note that the changes to the Clean Car Importer Standard were agreed by Cabinet.
