40097 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: In reference to the sentence ‘by the end of quarter three, delivery was ahead of plan’, what is the ‘plan’ on page 6 of Te Whatu Ora’s Quarterly Performance report January – March 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the Q3 ‘delivery plan’ was based on actual performance in 2022/23 with demographic growth added. It refers to the fact that by March 2024, Health New Zealand was exceeding those volumes in planned care delivery.
