40077 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the last quarter toward the action ‘Work is underway to refine existing and develop suites of productivity measures, supported by performance and quality measures, to enable an understanding of not just productivity trends but also drivers of and influences on productivity within service delivery settings’ as detailed on page 50,51 of Te Whatu Ora’s Quarterly Performance Report (January to March 2024)?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I refer the Member to Written Parliamentary Question 40074 (2024). I am further advised that during the January to March 2024 quarter, work continued on a measure of patient complexity over time, and a draft suite of measures was developed to cover key areas of productivity drivers.
