40071 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the last quarter toward the action ‘National laboratory commissioning (two years)’ as detailed on page 50,51 of Te Whatu Ora’s Quarterly Performance Report (January to March 2024)?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that in the January to March 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand initiated work to understand regional laboratory data capture, which will help inform a potential approach to a nationwide consistent data set capture.
