40050 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Statistics: What advice, reports, briefings, aide memoires, or any other documents has the Minister or any member of their Office received, if any, during the week beginning 11 August 2025, by title and date?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: As the Minister of Statistics, I received the following papers from Stats NZ between 11 – 15 August 2025:    13 August 2025, Weekly Report for the period to 13 August 2025.   13 August 2025, Report to the Minister of Statistics - Stats NZ's 2024-2025 Annual Report – Draft.   13 August 2025, Meeting with Minister of Immigration and Minister for Social Development and Employment (National Occupation List)  14 August 2025, Ministerial approval to make mandatory requests for data to support a monthly Consumers Price Index.  14 August 2025, Overview of environment statistics.   I received two further papers, the titles of which I am withholding as they relate to matters under active consideration. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to release the titles of these papers at this time.
