40034 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: What input did the minister or the Ministry for Regulation have into the selection of six enactments for modernisation and revision, if any?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry for Regulation was not consulted on the 2024-26 Modernisation and Revision Programme. Consultation by PCO closed on the programme in April 2024, shortly after the Ministry’s establishment in March 2024.
