39991 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 37017 (2025), will any of the 233 places be delivered before 30 June 2026 and if so, how many?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development that the target for social housing delivery remains as being 30 June 2027. I am further advised that of the projects commenced, 114 places are currently expected to be delivered before 30 June 2026, with this total including the 45 places already delivered.
