Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Further to his reply to Question 37021 (2025), how many of the up to 671 social housing places have been allocated to each of the Strategic Partners and for each partner, how many of those houses, if any, are contracted to be delivered before 30 June 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: I have provided a table supplied by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development that provides an updated breakdown of the social housing places that strategic partners are currently contracted to deliver, along with a breakdown of those expected to be delivered before 30 June 2026, noting that all are contracted to be delivered by 30 June 2027. I am advised that these partnering agreements are flexible within limits as to the total number and locations of places to be delivered.
