39961 (2025). Hon Dr Deborah Russell to the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology: When does the Minister intend to lay before the House of Representatives the report specified in section LY 10 of the Income Tax Act 2007 evaluating the research and development tax credit regime?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: To fulfil the requirements of section LY10 of the Income Tax Act 2007, the Research and Development Tax Incentive evaluation report will be tabled in the near future.
