Hon Penny Simmonds: In my capacity as the Minister for the Environment I took the following papers to Cabinet between 1 July 2024 and 7 July 2024: 1/7/2024 - CAB-430 Expert Consenting Panel Convener: Reappointment 1/7/2024 - CAB-433 Severe Weather Emergency Recovery Legislation (Hawkes Bay Rural Recovery Works) Order 2024: Proposals
