I received the following document from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) between 11 – 15 August 2025: • Aide-memoire: Operational Recovery Weekly Status Report – Upper South Island Severe Weather Event 2025, 14 August 2025. In addition, jointly with Ministers Willis and van Velden, I received the following document from officials in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) on 11 August 2025: • NEMA host: Further asset transfers. I received one additional document on 11 August 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in NEMA and DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices.
