Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister agree with psychiatrist Professor Marie Bismark, speaking on Radio New Zealand, that "it's hard to see how the board of a large health sector organisation can function and fulfil its role, without having a well-functioning clinical quality committee" and if not, why not?
