39770 (2026). Vanushi Walters to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: Will the Government publish the full text, if any, of New Zealand's explanation of vote delivered following the 31 August 2026 United Nations General Assembly vote on draft resolution A/80/L.107 on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade website, and if not, why not?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: This explanation of vote is already in the public domain, on the UN website which provides transcripts of all UN General Assembly debates.
