Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What is the number of sanctions applied for failing social obligations for healthcare enrolment, if any, imposed on working age main benefit clients since January 2024 by quarter, broken down by ethnicity, age band, gender, and benefit type?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development that no sanctions for failing social obligations have been applied since January 2024. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 39735 (2024) and 39736 (2024).
