Hon Paul Goldsmith: Under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act the security Ministers must be consulted on national security risks for each payload application. I receive national security advice from the GCSB and the NZSIS on each payload application, independent from advice I receive in my capacity as Minister for Space.
