39705 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the total value paid or payable to Arup, Tonkin & Taylor and Bureau Veritas, whether individually or through Tūtahi Joint Venture, for services in relation to any section of the Northland Corridor since 27 November 2023, broken down by firm and by engagement?

Hon Chris Bishop: I refer the Member to my reply to 39701 (2026) for the amount payable to the Tūtahi Joint Venture. I am advised that NZTA has paid $4.9 million to Arup since the Northland Corridor project was established in 2024. NZTA has not paid Tonkin and Taylor or Bureau Veritas for any services in relation to any section of the Northland Corridor since the establishment of the project in April 2024.
