39701 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the total contract value and term of the independent reviewer contract awarded to Tūtahi Joint Venture for the Warkworth to Te Hana public-private partnership, and is that cost borne by the NZ Transport Agency, the Northway consortium, or shared between them?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that the contract value is $40,497,510 and the term is 9 years and 7 months. Costs are shared evenly between NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) and Northway.
