39700 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Further to Reply 34450 (2026), has the bid cost reimbursement for the two unsuccessful Warkworth to Te Hana bidders now been finalised; if so, what amount was paid to each and on what date, and if not, when is finalisation expected?

Hon Chris Bishop: No. I am advised that NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi (NZTA) expects to reimburse the two unsuccessful respondents in October 2026.
