39697 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Health: How many notifications has he, or Te Whatu Ora received under clause 14 of the Contracted Provider Agreement for General Practitioners that there is a significant risk that the provider will not be able to meet their obligations under the agreement due to rate of capitation uplift of 4% being inadequate to meet cost pressures?
