Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: Does the Minister intend that there will be a process by which a State School, that converts to a Charter School, would be able to revert back to a State School if the community advocates for that; if not, how, if at all, does he reconcile this with proposing that school communities could initiate the application for converting a State School to a Charter School?
