39664 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: What contingency is held within the $1.704 billion taxpayer contribution to the Cook Strait Ferry Replacement Programme, and how much of that contingency, if any, has been drawn down to date?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: We have already answered this question. There is approximately 20% of that amount held as contingency and the programme is funded to P85 levels. No contingency has been drawn to date.
