39648 (2024). Hon Ginny Andersen to the Minister of Police: How many firearm licenses, if any, have been revoked during June 2024, broken down by reason?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I have been advised there have been 56 individual firearms licence holders and one dealer firearms licence holder revoked in June 2024. This number may include some that have been incorrectly changed to a revoked status and subsequently corrected and these cannot be excluded at this time. I refer the member to the attached table, which shows the number of revocations during June 2024 by month and reason for revocation. Please note the total number of firearms licences revoked do not match the number of revocation reasons recorded as some revocations may not have a reason applied and others may have multiple reasons applied.
