Rt Hon Winston Peters: I am advised that the Consulate provided programme advice, arranged meetings/events, had an officer accompany the Minister and prepared the draft report. The support provided, including costs, was in keeping with the level ordinarily provided to Ministers travelling to locations where New Zealand has posts.
