Teanau Tuiono to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What consideration, if any, has the Minister given to statements by U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau that the Penrhyn Port project builds on the Critical Minerals Framework the United States and the Cook Islands agreed to earlier this year?
