39552 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Education: What advice and documents, if any, has the Minister received from officials and parliamentary colleagues relating to the recently announced learning support for better student achievement work programme, listed by name and date?

Hon Erica Stanford: There is no specific ‘better student achievement work programme’. However, the Government is developing a work programme to strengthen learning support so that the education system meets the needs of all learners and their families. I have received five briefings from the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) relating to strengthening learning support. I am withholding the titles of these as they are still under active consideration. I have also received regular updates on this topic in the Ministry’s Weekly Report.
